We had our usual IM meet...instead of gg to One15 Marina, chg venue to keppel marina...coz Mandy had to rush off to close her deal & One15 only accept members....OMG!!!
But...Keppel Marina is a nice plc too....

Arrgghhh....din bring my camera to shoot here & ter...had dinner at TCC, carried on with our discussions...Melvyn brought his fren George...think George mus b dead boringz...cos he is not into our IM thinggy...=p
this Melvyn hor...very the "#%^&@#*" took out his VAIO & asked me where is mine :S when i haven't had my dinner...then "haolian" to me his free mouse from vaio & screen protector...well...i had a free mouse too but i din bring...except difference, his mouse had the work "VAIO" printed & mine doesn't....he has a free screen protector & i haven't got 1....turning to Mark & Long ge he is trying to make me jeolous of the freebies he had which i dun have....
Naa...i dun fall into his trap...cos i hv free 2gb ram & 2 extra years of warranty more than his...hur hur hur...he meddle with my motion camera & say "SHIT!! they upgraded ur camera...is much clearer than mine..." kekeke.... c lah...trying to make me jeolous & guess who is...?? honestly there is nothing to compare lah...he bought his 1 year ago....
HMP!!!...next meeting...i will definately post his pic...to show u guys his face...haha...
We end our meeting when TCC closed & proceed to Prive for drinking & talk cork session till 1+am..how nice if is a friday nite instead of thur nite.... ;)

My New Toy...

Actually, I had no intension of getting a new lappy as soon as now until is 6-9mths later....
The free HP lappy really sucks to the max!!!!....I cun us IB via tat comp, cun watch mobtv, surfing net is damn bloody slow....take ages to load & often when i was multiplying & on facebook, jam the entire network at home...& hb was cursing tat he was doing work halfway & the internet gave way.....dun no wats wrong...tried re-installing the java, reformat windows etc numerous times & still can't b done...& the ram was 1.5 gb...processor was not tos too slow kind 1 lor...can u believe it? hai...dun wanna talk abt it liao...

I was pondering over to get a Macbook Air or Sony Vaio...Both r expensive buys...but hb has a macbook at home for 3 years & i still dun get the hang of it...although lately macbook air was the lightest...1.6kg nia...& super slim...chioz!!!
Sony vaio on the other hand has the TZ series..very small & compaq & light too...but felt the screen was too small for me in furture to do trading....Mandy bought the TZ series....

Last friday, we had our usual IM meeting & Melvyn joined us...he took out his vaio & i was attracted to it...keke....quite stylish sia....
Sat, we went to Vivo city cos hb wanted to dine at Carnivore...& there was a sony roadshow...kekeke...so we stroll ard & look at "Melvyn" laptop series...price was ard my budget...& wgt at 1.96kg...hb's macbook wgt 2.2kg...screen is perfect size for me...promo was additonal 2gb ram & extended 3yrs warranty & 1 best thing is this is made in Japan & their latest model too...the rest of the vaios are made in China....which 1 wld u trust & pay for leh??
the latest model was even lighter, 1.6kg of cos with a faster processor , but u hv to pay extra $1500 wahaha .....had the impulse to buy immediately....
but held back a little...checked with Melvyn, he said reliability was ok....& agreed it is very stylish indeed....went to compare with the macbook air, some lenovo & acer laptop at challenger etc, i still feel vaio is the most stylist, wgt is ok for me to lugg it ard...screen is comfy to do online trading...hur hur hur...& according to hb they will not dip their price even at the IT fair which is happening in June...prob they will throw in some freebies...& hb oso feel strongly that most impt wld be the warranty period & of cos "made in Japan" lah....but usually IT fair freebies wld be warranty & ram nia...afterall a laptop which last u a 2-3yrs consider quite gd liao....after some calculations, so i decided to buy.....

Damage done was $2.5k
Went home & msn Melvyn abt my buy...hur hur hur...he too agreed that this is a gd buy...whahaha...

Wahaha....Juliana name our group "The Prata Group"
Its our 1st Internet marketing brainstorming session....Mandy brought her new sony Vaio! Its super compaq & chioz...white in colour!!! I alwas adore Apple's white lappy...& haven got 1 for myself....*sad*
Juliana was early as well as Mandy, they got a cozy corner for us...but who noes...the wireless there sucks...only 1 bar signal nia...OMG!!! suppose to b an IT mall leh....piangz!!!
We arrived with KL & wife...Mark was only 5mins late...gang agrees...bill on him...wahahaha....
Mac seats r real uncomfortable to sit thru long discussions...b4 long we all decided to head to TCC for a change...

I am cam whoring with the girls...heee....the manz...cun b bothered with us...they r not photogenic...hur hur hur

Bad news...TCC closing at 10pm..Faintz...we were jus half way thru nia wor....how to end...bo bianz....

Wah liao....Back to Mac again but was Liang court outlet....so crowdedddsss...no choice lah...MOS is round the corner....time flies....Ended at 1am+...All uncles, aunties liao...need to zzzz....cannot stay up beyond tat lia...=p
